Grant Ewing, P.Geo.
President, CEO and Director

Grant Ewing is a seasoned mining executive with extensive experience in all aspects of mineral exploration and development. His mining career spans over 20 years and encompasses work as an exploration geologist early in his career, followed by senior level executive positions with junior mining companies. Mr. Ewing has widespread knowledge of financial markets, project financing, property evaluation, and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Staccato Gold, Mr. Ewing was employed as President and Chief Operating Officer of Linear Metals Corporation where he was responsible for the overall management of the company's affairs. Before this he served as Executive Vice President for a junior mining company, where he supervised the corporate development, investor relations, and exploration divisions. Mr. Ewing also worked as an institutional equity analyst covering the mining sector for Sprott Securities (now Cormark Securities Inc.) in the mid 1990's. Mr. Ewing is a registered professional geologist.

 
Robert Lipsett
Executive Chairman

Robert Lipsett has over 25 years experience financing and operating public and private companies and has extensive mining industry experience. Until recently, he was president and director of Primary Metals Inc., a publicly traded company with an operating tungsten mine in Portugal. From 1982 to 2001, he also owned and operated a gold mine in the Yukon Territories, and was President of Parkcrest Explorations, a company with oil and gas interests in North and South America.

 
Greg Hryhorchuk, B. Comm. (a)
Vice President, CFO and Director

Greg Hryhorchuk is a partner with Trafalgar Financial Group Ltd., a private venture capital company. Previously, Mr. Hryhorchuk was vice president of Telemedia Communications Inc., Canada's largest magazine and radio operator and was western manager for the Globe and Mail. Until recently he was vice president of Torresan Communications, one of Canada's leading Investor/Media relations firms. Mr. Hryhorchuk is a founding Director of Staccato.

 
Christopher J. Pollard, LLB (a,b)
Director

Christopher Pollard is a Vancouver lawyer who has practiced business law for 25 years. He has extensive experience in acquisitions, secured lending, mining and corporate finance. His background includes working with governments on a number of privatizations and the negotiations of joint ventures between government and industry. Mr. Pollard is also a founder and past director of Miramar Mining Corp.

 
George Brazier, LLB (a)
Director

George Brazier was educated at the University of British Columbia where he received his B.A. in 1962; and at the University of Toronto where he received his LLB in 1965. His practice consists of advice in the areas of Corporate Law, including Securities matters, Mergers, Acquisitions, and Corporate Reorganizations, covering a wide range of clients. George is currently a lawyer with Du Moulin Black LLP and acts as Corporate Secretary for numerous public companies. He was formerly the National Secretary of the Canadian Bar Association Young Lawyers Section.

 
Gary Edmondo, P.Geo.
Senior Exploration Manager

Gary is a seasoned professional geologist with over 18 years of exploration, project evaluation and development experience. Prior to Staccato, Gary was employed as the principle geologist at Atna Resource's Pinson Project, and before that he worked as the senior geologist at Fire Creek for North Mining.

Gary has conducted exploration programs throughout the state of Nevada for volcanic hosted epithermal systems, and has worked on Carlin style gold systems in the Battle Mountain Eureka Trend, Carlin Trend, and the Getchell gold belt. Gary is adept at using the latest technologies combined with traditional exploration tools to assist in the evaluation and development of exploration properties.

 
Carl Pescio, BSc. Geology
Consulting Geologist

Carl Pescio started his career with Kennecott in 1974 and moved quickly to Silver King Mines/Alta Gold, ultimately assuming the position of VP Mining and Exploration. During his career with Alta, Carl was primarily responsible for mine design and exploration. Carl has extensive experience operating in a variety of mine settings and mining processes including; open pit, underground, heap leaching and milling and has extensive experience in all aspects of project development.

In 1991, Carl stepped out on his own as a prospector/property generator and since that time has become the largest private mining claim holder in Nevada. Pescio Explorations currently controls 53 highly prospective Nevada gold exploration properties, covering approximately 220 square miles.
